I have been so busy making cards this past week I am spoilt for choice on what to share with you today. I am certain there a lots of bloggers that look for inspiration on Pinterest and I am one of them. I am always amazed at all the different ways people find to create beautiful cards. I have cased quite a few ideas from Pinterest, so I think I will share a couple with you today. When I first saw the original version of this card I thought "how did they do that"? Well I never found out so decided to try and make it myself. I cut a template of the Spellbinders 2011 Heirloom Ornament die on copy paper and placed it over my card stock with removable double sided tape. I then took My Sentiments Exactly! V159 rubber stamp and stamped it over my template. I sprayed glitter spray over the template and the aperture and removed it from the card stock, threw some extra fine glitter over the stamped image to give it some extra sparkle. I thought it came out really well. I would use a different greeting sentiment next time.
The other card I cased was also one with an ornament. I used a Memory Box ornament and paper from my stash. The embossing is from the Holly Branch Cuttlebug folder.
I would like to say a big thank you to all those very talented crafters who share their work on the web and inspire us.
Thank you for taking time to visit my blog
