Stampin Up Card Box bag

I wanted to make a gift of cards for a friend. This You Tube video was a great find https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUyi7yhPkPE
I used Stampin Up Moroccan Designer series paper and Island Indigo card stock. I made 10 cards using various stamps and die cuts. The card box bag is pretty simple to make and very sturdy.

Thanks to LeeAnn Greff for the inspiration.

Flowers on Parchment

I have used the no line technique for these 2 flowers on Parchment. The Rose has some added grid work and the Tulip a border traced in white and gold gel pens. Both flowers are coloured with Polychromas pencils and layered onto bright backing paper.

Stampin Up Demonstrator in training

I have just recently signed on as a SU demonstrator. How much actual demonstrating I will be doing is anyone's guess? I do like their products and as I am primarily a Parchment crafter it will be a challenge for me to incorporate them into my paper crafting. So to kick off I used the Lift me Up stamp set. Using VersaMagic Cloud White I stamped the large balloon onto translucent parchment paper. I left the ink to dry completely before I started dry embossing from the back. I did some perforating on the front to cut sections of the image away. Once that was done I embossed and pricked a couple of borders around it. A pretty simple card and quick by Parching standards. I have layered it on some shimmery navy blue card and then on rainbow paper and a navy card base.
The second card is a round easel card. Followed the same basic rules but added some colour to the back with oil pastel. I did no perforating on the balloon and added pencil colour lightly on the front. Using a product called Sticky Ink from Pergamano I added some glitter to the balloon. The textured background is from ParchCraft Australia.Well I hope you like the cards and will come back again soon to see what else I have managed to create.
