Stamping on Vellum

Today I am posting a card I made from http://creativeexpressionsdesigns.wordpress.com.
I subscribe to their workshops and this card was just calling out to me. I love parchment work and while this is not the traditional parchment technique I think it still gives off that special look. I have used some very old rubber stamps on the border and a Joanna Sheen stamp from her Evening and Bridal Dress collection.
The backing paper is from The Heirloom Stack (DCWV). The die cuts are Spellbinders Radiant Rectangles. The sentiment is from the Crafter's Companion Frou Frou collection.
I am entering this in the Whimsy stamps challenge
"Love is in the air"
and the
Challenges 4 Everybody #38

I do hope you like my version of Suzanne's wedding card. Thanks for visiting.

  1. Your card is beautiful Adie. The white against the vellum looks gorgeous, particularly with the gold card behind. I love the wedding dress image and I love the way you framed it with the roses. Beautiful.
